With the exception of Overkill that can be won in any event, event badges and achievements can only be won during the event it was released. Each event has it's own unique badge and achievement. Currently, unavailable badges and achievements cannot be hidden; leading to the confusion. To see the badges from the current or most recent event, please see the event briefing in the forums.
