I bought gold on Facebook and did not receive it

If you purchased gold on Facebook and it did not show up in your Battle Pirates account you will need to contact Facebook support. KIXEYE has no way to access or verify purchases made on Facebook. You will need to dispute the purchase with Facebook. 

Start by going to Facebook and click the gear Icon in the top right-hand corner, and then selecting Account Settings > Payments. 


When a specific purchase is selected, you will be shown the description of that purchase. A dispute can be filed from this page. When contacting Facebook, we suggest you use the term "Credits" and avoid using the word "Gold", as they may believe you're referring to game content and advise you to contact us instead.
