My browser security is blocking comms

If security permissions aren't correctly configured on your browser, you may have some issues accessing comms in Battle Pirates. To correct this, you'll need to adjust your browser settings to always allow Battle Pirates access to Notifications, Full Screen, and Media.

 

Google Chrome

In Chrome, simply navigate to Battle Pirates and click the lock to the left of the URL. From there, set "Notifications," "Fullscreen," and "Media" to "Always allow on this site."

 

Firefox

In Firefox, start by selecting the icon immediately to the left of the Battle Pirates URL. From the menu that pops up, select "More Information."

Select the "Permissions Tab" in that window and find the entries for "Enter Fullscreen" and "Show Notifications." Un-check the "Use Default" boxes and then select "Allow" for both entries.
